[Bug 228521] [NEW] Middle Button in Firefox, can't grab and drag page

I miss a feature in firefox which is available in other operating
systems. The middle mouse button does not do anything in Firefox for
Ubuntu when in other operating systems you either get the 4 arrows that
smoothly scrolls around the page or in other scenarios a hand cursor
comes up to move page around. Why does middle button (mouse button 3 -
wheel) dragging not do anything in Ubuntu.
