I did a workaround.  Go Edit->Preferences->Content then click "Advanced"
in "Fonts & Colors" section.  Without altering any other setting set the
minimum font size to that of your preference in the "Fonts for" pop-up
window that just appeared.  I set it to 18 and that is fine for me.  I
hope this works for you.
