[Bug 227526] [NEW] .flv breaks audio then entire computer

After viewing some .flv files from any site (using the Adobe Flash
Plugin) sounds in other programs will no longer play.  Upon restarting
Firefox, no audio will play, then any and all menus will becoming
unresponsive.  Hitting the power button does not bring up the secondary
window to restart, nor does alt-f2 bring up a window to use the restart
command.  The only way out is to manually hit the power button on the
computer.
