Using xulrunner-1.9 from hardy-proposed, verified that symptoms are no longer present using:
1) existing user with existing FF 2.0.0.14 profile (gutsy-security) migrated to FF 3.0b5 profile (hardy-proposed);
2) existing user with existing FF 3.0b5 profile (hardy-proposed);
3) new user with new FF 3.0b5 profile (hardy-proposed).
