Ok, I'm pretty sure it is not a firefox issue, but a flash issue. I
can't reliably reproduce it, but whenever it happens, there is a flash
object (which was blocked by flashblock) on the page the exactly the
same size as the window that appeared, and one time the window wasn't
blank, but had an ad in it, but nothing was redrawing it, so when the
window was obscured, the ad was never redrawn.

So this isn't a bug which needs to be fixed here and I'm happy for it to
be closed or whatever.
