[Bug 226905] [NEW] file save dialog doesn't pop up in Firefox 3

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

Choose File -> Save Page As... from Firefox 3 (Ubuntu Hardy Heron) and nothing happens.
Click on a link to a file and no save dialog pops up.
I can't download files from my course website.

I was using the Human-Murrine theme, but switched back to the default Human theme and rebooted and still the same problem.
The save dialog does appear in other applications like OpenOffice.

I am downloading the Epiphany web browser now to see if it works instead.
Or else will downgrade back to Firefox 2.
