[Bug 226652] [NEW] edit drafts looses tags, priority and most other custom headers

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunderbird

When tagging a draft, and then editing it and saving it again as a draft
the tags are lost. This applies also to star markings and priority
settings. Also the identity is not maintained if the draft is stored in
an imap folder and edited on a different profile, even if said identity
is registered. I expect that editing a draft will change only the parts
of the draft that I actually touch and leave the headers alone.
