Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Using hardy heron 8.04 and firefox 3 beta 5
Sorry if i shouldn't be doing this here but i'm really new to the linux thing.
The problem is extremely intermittent. As in 5 times in the last 5 hours or so.
What happens is the page (3 different ones) starts to load then i scroll down and the screen stops responding goes gray, the page the toolbar everything. then just reloads and fixes itself. The graying effect i'm talking about can best be conveyed by hitting the button to log out/shut down, its the same look. it happened twice on the main page to this forum http://www.angelagossow.com/community/index.php?sid=22cbeb1de6c72b9e9406df6f06c5ce75 tho i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the FF beta and ubuntu combo since it happened on other pages too.
