[Bug 65609] Re: "installLocation has no properties" error in nsExtensionManager.js during install/update of extensions

Brand new install of Hardy Heron Kubuntu on a new hard drive and I have
this same problem when trying to install ANY extension under FireFox 2.
I'd like to see someone on the FireFox team acknowledge the seriousness
of this bug and fix it.

installLocation has no properties
file:///usr/lib/firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js     Line 7647

This line is in the section
* Gets an URL to a theme's image file

   var id - stripPrefix(item, Value, PREFIX_ITEM_URL);
