[Bug 225206] [NEW] First menu click directly opens first entry

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

FireFox 3.0b5 running on ubuntu 8.04 with all updates installed.

After FireFox was started, the first click on a menu (i.e. "Bookmarks")
does not open the menu itself but the first entry of the menu (in this
case "add bookmark") is launched. After selecting the menu by keyboard
shortcut, it opens correctly and after that it can be used as usual by
just clicking on it.

That behaviour lasts as long as FireFox is running. After exiting and
restarting the application the game begins from start. And it's
independent what theme I use.

Maybe I just forgot to change some settings?

And I'm sorry, if I used some wrong terms - especially "bookmarks" -
because I had to translate it from the german menu entries ;-)
