EXA is not the solution as EXA is painfully slow for me using free radeon driver on an  ATI Technologies Inc RV350 [Mobility Radeon 9600 M10]
I know AMD published the register specs and first EXA improvements are worked on, but this takes some time until mainstream can
use it.
