[Bug 207821] [NEW] Artifacts in gmail text editor

Scrolling in the rich text editor in Gmail is producing extremely ugly
artifacts.  This doesn't occur in other rich text editors I use around
the websphere (e.g. moinmoin does not do this).

When the window is repainted or even loses focus, the artifacts
disappear.

Expected: Scrolling to be smooth and artifact-free.
