[Bug 204227] [NEW] [Hardy] Kubuntu Firefox install shows Firefox Beta Page instead of Kubuntu start page

Installed Hardy KDE4 and then installed Firefox and it still shows the
welcome to Firefox page.  However on my Ubuntu install that I have
upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy references the correct page.
