[Bug 202748] [NEW] firefox sometimes shift content in webpages

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Perphaps its bug 186186 perhaps not. What's happening is that firefox
changes where the content appears from time to time.  Dunno if there's
some keyboard combo which does that or not. I'll put up the screenies
that would make the whole thing easier to understand. Please lemme know
if this is FFs issue or a user issue :)
