Using firefox 3.0~b3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4 on hardy:

>From time to time the contents of my firefox windows flickr, with the
content being constantly repainted and moving up and down by one pixel
or so. This makes it very irritating to use the browser for any period
of time.

This was not happening yesterday, but has happened several times today,
including after rebooting. I haven't changed anything else on this
machine aside from taking the Hardy updates. I don't know what causes
it to happen. At the moment I have one window open where this is
happening in all tabs, including in a tab showing only the firefox
"offline mode" error. However, it's not currently affecting the
separate window with this Launchpad form.

At some times resizing the window makes it stop happening, but sometimes
not. It does not seem to ever spontaneously stop.

Changing the font size in this window just started the flickering.

The flickering also affects the scrollbars but not the status bar or
toolbars.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
