If you refer to the ugly appearance of all gnome applications in kde4,
there is a workaround that I found in http://pollycoke.net/2008/02/09

You have to create a file ~/.kde4/share/config/gtkrc-2.0 (if not
present) and put inside something like this

include "/usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
style "user-font"
{ font_name="Liberation Sans 9  " }
widget_class "*" style "user-font"
gtk-theme-name="Clearlooks"
gtk-font-name="Liberation Sans 9  "

Via GUI, you can use gtk-kde4 to have the same results http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php/gtk-kde4?content=74689&PHPSESSID=a633cbe194c2107706abf7c07712b951
(eventually fixing fonts, as reported in blog)
