firefox-3.0 version 3.0~b3+nobinonly-0ubuntu4

Folders are unable to be dragged from the bookmark toolbar menu in
firefox. Ordinary bookmarks can be dragged fine.

steps to reproduce:
* click on Bookmarks in the main toolbar to open the menu
* attempt to drag a bookmark folder to the "bookmarks toolbar"
expected result: folder is moved to bookmarks toolbar
actual result: folder cannot be dragged at all

Dragging ordinary bookmarks to the bookmarks toolbar works as expected.
