[Bug 198074] [NEW] Flash not showing properly

Public bug reported:

When some web pages overlay flash menus and content with other stuff,
flash is always above the rest of the content.

For example, when viewing the http://es.playstation.com/ the web
actually is hidden, or http://usa.asus.com/index.aspx the menus are
behind the header.
