Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

If I open Firefox and login to various websites using the "Remember me"
option each time, the cookies are stored normally (generally a week
expiry).

But if I then close and open Firefox or shutdown then come back the next
day and open Firefox, the entire collection of cookies have disappeared
and all sites are not logged in anymore.

I have checked all options in the preferences of course and they are set
to the correct choices (Cookies enabled, expire on expiry date and do
not clear after exit).

I am running "3.0+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.1" on Ubuntu 8.04.
