[Bug 243951] [NEW] Thunderbird does not have a -dbg package, so it's possible to file good bug reports for crashes

Public bug reported:

I'm trying to migrate from windows to ubuntu but I can't move my
thunderbird e-mail profile over due to repeated crashes. This bug
happens all the time in thunderbird but I'm unable to get a backtrace
because building it from source is too hard and there is no -dbg
package.

Please add a -dbg package for thunderbird, this would enable many other
people to file bug reports and make thunderbird more stable on ubuntu.
