[Bug 243507] [NEW] Customizing navigation, menu fields not persistent

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

When dragging, for instance, the stop button to the menu field, it
dissapears, as it should, from the navigation field and appears after
the Help menu. However, only changes to the bookmark field are
persistent between browser restarts, not changes to the navigation field
or the menubar.

Ubuntu version is 8.04.
