[Bug 243280] [NEW] I installed flash player plugg ins and now i cant boot ubuntu

Ok I have a dual system.. Windows Vista and Ubuntu
Everything was fine untill I installed plugg in for Flash PLayer for www.youtube.com
when i restarted my laptop it says time out and it cant boot into ubuntu nor Vista
please help
