If you look at the history of this bug it has been reported thoroughly
during gutsy. The response has been denial and finger pointing at
Google, but Ubuntu has the only distro of FF (now 3.0 too) where this
behavior happens. You're totally in denial, John Vivrito. metaph3r
posted a perfect strace of the infinite loop, reporudicble anywhere.
Evidently, nobody even bothered to regress this for Hardy.

So I''ll allow others to burn time documenting this bug In Hardy, I'm
installing the Firefox Linux build which works.
