Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Steps to reproduce:
- set default font size, proportional font size, monospace font size and minimum font size to 10, and don't allow pages to choose their own fonts, in Firefox preferences
- create the following HTML page (minimal example) and open it with Firefox
<p style="font-size: 10pt">This is 10 pt</p>
<p>This isn't</p>
- set layout.css.dpi to any one of -1, 0, your display DPI as reported by xdpyinfo | grep resolution or your display DPI as manually calculated

Expected result: both HTML paragraphs are the same size (10pt)

Actual result: the second paragraph renders at ~7pt

Additional info:
- display is a 24" 1920x1200 panel, connected via DVI at native resolution
- xdpyinfo reports 94 DPI, manually calculated is 94.34 DPI
- Ubuntu 8.04 64-bit
- firefox-3.0 3.0+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.1
