On the initial install, Firefox starts with the default theme. Anyway, I
have started this in safe mode through the terminal and still have the
same result.

I can't believe that I am the only one having this problem.

Since my install of FF3 in my home folder, I have not been able to
install any plug-ins. I may have to stay with FF2 for awhile, at least
until all these bugs get worked out.

Let me know of anything else that may help,
