[Bug 241602] [NEW] Failed to create the PKCS #12 backup file for unknown reasons

Public bug reported:

I generated a free personal e-mail certificate via thawte.com which was installed in Firefox.
Then I tried to make a backup for storage in a safe place and import into Thunderbird, Preferences -> Advanced -> Encryption -> View Certificates -> Your Certificates -> Backup.
This fails with the message "Failed to create the PKCS #12 backup file for unknown reasons".
