[Bug 241090] [NEW] Extensions will not Update under Firefox 3.0, Ubuntu Hardy Heron

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Upon initial launch of FF3, extension checking will not complete. After
cancel of extension checking, extension/tools/check for updates reports
an XUL error. No extensions will load under Ubuntu Hardy Heron and
Firefox 3.0 no matter what I try. They all give me an XUL parsing error.
I have had to switch back to 2.0.0.14 just to get everything functioning
close to normal. What in the world is going on? Does anyone have a clue?
