Ok, first of all, don't change the status of your own bug report, ok?
Second of all, what you want is about:blank. Set your homepage to about:blank and you're set.
Third of all, this was not a bug report, so for similar questions in the future you can turn to the ubuntuforums instead. A bug is "something the software claims to do but doesn't do".
Please feel free to report any bug reports you come across in the future.
