[Bug 241069] [NEW] window elements become frozen after scroll scaling

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

using the mouse scroll wheel to change the font size of a web page, the entire FF screen reduced size along with, leaving large blank gray areas between the resized firefox toolbars, etc and the outside window border.
