I upgraded my box, including motherboard, processor and graphics card
(in practice, a new box) but retaining the system on disk. I cannot
reproduce the bug any more. Either because it was fixed in the meantime,
or because of the new graphics card (it used the ati xorg driver, now it
uses the proprietary nvidia driver).

As far as I am concerned, this bug should then be closed.

Joey's report is different from the original one that I had reported, so
maybe should be moved into a different bug report.
