[Bug 239034] [NEW] ubuntu ff addons not working for ff2 on hardy

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-2

first i installed ff3. then after found that i do not like it very much,
i install ff2 without removing ff3.

so now i got ff2 and ff3 on the same system. both runs ok. flash & java
plugins works ok.

then i install few addons:
  sudo aptitude install ubufox adblock-plus firebug firefox-greasemonkey firefox-webdeveloper

all these addons works ok on ff3.

on ff2, the plugins is there if i open the menu 'Tools - Addons'
but!
none of the addons works. none at all!.
