1st. please remove fta archive from sources.list. this archive is only ment
for temporary testing and most likely will get you unwanted packages
at some point.

2nd. try to disable your extensions in tools -> addons and see if it
helps

3rd. check that libflashsupport is not installed (if its installed,
remove it)

4th. uninstall flashplugin-nonfree package and remove any
libflashplayer.so from $HOME/.mozilla/plugins/ (if any)
