[Bug 238752] [NEW] Menu is is not visible after full screen toggle

Public bug reported:

If i used View->fullscreen for fullscreen then after the menu is not
appearing.

i am using gtk-window-decorator --minimal

is it because of using minimal decorator or it probably a bug
