Flash crashes might get better if you remove libflashsupport package
from your system.

If that doesn't help enough, you should try to use
mozilla-plugin-gnash or swfdec-mozilla - the both freesoftware
alternatives we have for adobes flash. Both should be much more
stable, but might not work for all sites - though lots of use-cases
should work.
