I'm a bit confused - what does this mean "you have any chance to test
that without use spinning test packages for this?"

What are spinning packages?

Also why is Firefox 3RC1 taking so long to be released to all Hardy
users? I think the Mozilla team have now released RC2?

I'm not entirely certain what you'd like me to do next. (I'm not on my
Ubuntu machine now so if there are any recently released updates I won't
have seen them yet)
