[Bug 237953] [NEW] Unable to get reverse print working with Epson Stylus CX4800

Just as the title says.  I'm not sure what package this should go under,
but I've tried every combination of setting Output Order to "Normal" or
"Reverse" in the Printing dialog box as well as checking the "Reverse"
option within individual program printing windows, but no matter what I
do, I am unable to get the Stylus CX4800 to correctly reverse its
printing order.

The printer was autodetected upon pluggin it in under Hardy, and
installed just fine except for this one glaring problem.  This makes
printing long documents needlessly painful since I must then manually
sort the pages into the correct order after printing is finished.
