[Bug 237882] [NEW] Bookmark pop-up

I consider the Bookmark Pop-up to be a problem!!!! It bugs the hell out me!!!  Please delete it or give me a way to turn it off. Did Microsoft put this in when you weren't looking???  Feel free to send me an email on this.

BTW I do like everything else about the program. Works great. I just
don't understand who would come up with such a dumb idea in the first
place.  This Pop-up wasn't in the older version.
