[Bug 232521] Re: gibberish characters appearing in some webpages in firefox

According to the "About" pane (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US;
rv:1.9b5) Gecko/2008050509 Firefox/3.0b5), I am using en-US. That said,
it does not show up as a language under Firefox's Language Add-ons, nor
do I see a mozilla-firefox-locale-* package for en-US.
