[Bug 237594] [NEW] Javadoc's frame unreadable

Hi, I noticed a kind of bug when I wanted to read the Javadoc using frame mode.
The problem is that the left bottom frame is unreadable.

As my English is limited, I think it's better to post a screenshot.
