I'm having the exact same problem as Rory McCann; when my secret key is
encrypted with a passphrase, the prompt asking for the password (or
asking to use the cached password) appears behind Thunderbird.  This is
really annoying since it freezes Thunderbird, and it's not obvious why
until you notice the flashing passphrase prompt in the window list.

Enigmail:  2:0.95.0-0ubuntu5
Thunderbird:  2.0.0.14+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.1
