Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Set the following parameters :
- home-page setting : "display last tab used"
- privacy settings > check the option "always delete personals informations when closing firefox" > then check the option "browing history"

Load a website and try :
- closing firefox using the menu "file" > "close"
- closing firefox using the "red cross button" (in the right left corner of the window)

In the first case, the website is reloaded once firefox is started again.
In the other case, the website is *NOT* reloaded once firefox is started again.

So firefox is doing 2 differents things for the same action, using
different buttons.
