[Bug 232435] Re: middle-clicking URL keeps focus on the URL bar

After entering text in the url bar and validating (middle-clicking the
"go" button, middle-clicking a dropdown item or pressing alt+intro) the
focus should ALWAYS return from the URL bar to the page.

Now it does if you use alt+intro, but it doesn't if you use either of
the other methods, which is a consistency problem.
