Maybe a theme that is beign used other than default? If this is so 
please try going back to original theme and see if it helps the issue.
NOTE: Dont forget to restart firefox after changing theme just to be on 
safe side It may prompt to restart firefox but i dont remember at this 
time. Could also be an extension that you have installed that is causing 
this please remove them one by one until you find it is fixed and let us 
know what extension it is.
