[Bug 253007] [NEW] Thunderbird doesn't delete .parentlock on close

Public bug reported:

On closing Thunderbird normally it deletes ".parentlock" in the profile
dir. But on Ubuntu x64 with TB from the repos it doesn't delete the file
(within 1 min after close last TB window) so I have to delete it
manually to open TB.
