Just reinstall it. Ubuntu was working fine (my mind wasn't) and Vista just needed it reinstalled.

  I cannot seem to go back and no history is recorded yet Firefox is set up to do so. I am using Ubuntu but this also happened on my Windows Vista Ultimate OS (installed on the same computer).
