[Bug 247454] [NEW] There is something wrong with bookmarks and history

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

My bookmark manager is some how broken.  I cannot make new ones and most
all options are grayed out.  Also all history does not work so the smart
url does not work.  There is no history recorded even over just opening
website.  It does remember my passwords to sites that I have set to
remember by the password manager.
