[Bug 245824] [NEW] firefox not prompt for download required plugins(Java)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Firefox 3.0 Full didn't promt for download required plugin (Java Runtime)
in Xubuntu 8.04 

and when I complete install Java from Add/Remove 
Firefox Browser seem to not recognize my install plugin 
(Not shown in installed plugins) 

I cannot use Java At all....
