[Bug 245772] [NEW] re-enable by default direct printing from print preview

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

Please, re enable
- direct printing from print preview
- ability to zoom page before printing from print preview
- ability to change printing page orientation (portrait/landscape)

all this can be achieved by setting string 'print.whileInPrintPreview' in about:config as 'true'
however that now defaults to 'false'.

on Firefox 3.0 beta and rc these functions were not fully working, 
however on Firefox 3.0 stable I tested them and they all work reliably.

These functions are enabled by default on windows setup.
