[Bug 167335] Re: flowed text (flowRoot) must be moved to inkscape namespace

FAQ states that converting code for fixing flowedText is already in
place under Text->Convert to Text. So for plain SVG export  all that's
left is enumeration of flowed text elements and converting them on save
event. I wonder if this be scripted to get a quick fix?
