The Flash plugin is NOT installed.

So I downloaded flash player directly from Adobe's website:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player_9_linux.tar.gz

Unpacked and copied libflashplayer.so to ./mozilla/plugins on my home
directory. Flash now works in FF 2.0.0.11 and SeaMonkey 1.1.7.
